Salary: $55k – $70k + commission + super

Your Role:

• Source, interview, and manage candidates.

• Match candidates to client roles efficiently.

• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future roles.

• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements:

• Experience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Organised with strong attention to detail.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
